Reallyenglish was founded in 2001 as a subsidiary of UK-based Reallyenglish.com Limited and, for more than 15 years, has provided digital e-learning systems and a broad range of content for English language education to Japanese business enterprises (BtoB) and academic institutions (BtoA). More than 720 corporations and 170 academic institutions have utilized the services to educate their employees and students. The Company is a digital pioneer in the English education industry in Japan and provides quality e-learning services that can be personalized for each customer through its original e-learning platform accessible “anywhere anytime”. The user experience is enhanced through a digital platform that encompasses coaching, prompting and interactive features, including live conversations. Through this robust technology platform and user-friendly features, the Company achieves high course completion rate of users averaging around 88%.In order to accelerate the next stage of growth of Reallyenglish, NSSK will provide NSSK’s Value Up Program (“NVP”) to implement global best business practices in all relevant areas, including accounting, finance, compliance, and governance, while driving customer base expansion and penetration, broadening products and services that lead to strong top line growth of the Company.NSSK is partnering with Reallyenglish’s current management team, who will continue to manage the Company.
