Value Creation and Exit Committee
The NSSK Value Creation and Exit Committee manages the exit process for all NSSK Group portfolio companies. It serves as the primary point of contact for exit-related inquiries from financial institutions and advisors. After investments are made, the Committee works with portfolio companies and the NVP team to share progress on business improvements and develop exit strategies, including trade sales, IPOs and other methods. During exit transactions, the Committee takes a lead role, working closely with financial institutions, advisors and portfolio company management.
